How It Works

Mitenix Soap utilizes Permethrin, a synthetic pyrethroid neurotoxin that acts directly on the voltage-gated sodium channels of parasites. Upon application, Permethrin disrupts the sodium channel currents that regulate nerve cell membrane polarization in mites and lice. This leads to delayed repolarization, paralysis of the respiratory and neuromuscular systems of the parasites, and their rapid elimination across all developmental stages (eggs, nymphs, and adult mites).

Directions for Use

3. Contact Time: Allow the medicated lather to remain on the skin for 5 to 10 minutes to ensure adequate antiparasitic absorption.

4. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean, single-use towel.

5. Frequency: Use once daily or as directed by your physician for 3 to 7 consecutive days. Treat all household contacts simultaneously to prevent re-infestation.

Precautions

• For External Topical Use Only: Avoid contact with eyes, nostrils, mouth, and open wounds. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water.
